Availability, prices and booking

Due to the private use of the house by the owners, reservations for Schilana 80 can only be made six months in advance.

The prices listed are weekly prices, preferably from Saturday to Saturday, for a minimum rental period of four days (see below for the price for three days). Arrival/departure on other days of the week is possible if the booking situation permits.

Low season: 

CHF 3500.- / week

CHF 1800.- for three days

The months of April, May to mid-June and September, October, November and December until before the weekend prior to Christmas

High season:

CHF 6000.- / week

CHF 3000.- for three days

From Monday after New Year until end of March; as well as from mid-June till end of August

Christmas / New Year:

CHF 8400.- / week

From the weekend before Christmas up to and including the weekend after the New Year

The rates include all costs, charges and taxes (electricity, fire wood, final cleaning, tourist taxes etc.). The deposit of CHF 800 has to be paid together with the pre-payment and will be repaid if no damages have to be offset.
